At Buy Grand, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and within the estimated delivery timeframe.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may occasionally be longer due to product availability, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is generally 5–12 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The estimated delivery time is not a guaranteed delivery date.

3. Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If free shipping is offered for a particular order or product, the applicable offer will be displayed on the website or at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided through the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and other required information at the time of placing an order.

Buy Grand will not be responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery caused by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

6. Delayed Delivery

Although we work with our shipping partners to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur.

Buy Grand is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, transportation issues, or other unforeseen events.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so that we can assist you and, where appropriate, coordinate with the shipping provider.

7. Damaged Package or Product

If you receive a package that appears damaged, please take photographs or videos of the package before opening it, where reasonably possible.

If the product inside is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage to verify the issue.

Eligible cases will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request your order details and photographs/videos to verify the issue.

After verification, we may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another remedy, subject to applicable law.

9. Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver the order because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, refuses delivery, or otherwise causes the delivery to fail, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to the sender according to its procedures.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment where permitted.

10. International Shipping

Unless specifically stated on the product page or at checkout, Buy Grand currently ships only within India.

If international shipping is offered in the future, applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other destination-country charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
